A big round of applause for all the pedal pull participants with their winnings at International 2008! What a great job you did representing your state and town! Another round of applause and thank you to all the helpers and Hawkeye pedal team. I wonder how many pounds YOU have pulled and pushed over your years of service? I don't think people realize just what pedal pulling consists of for everyone(family,participants,helper,hosts,etc) until they attend or participate in these events. This was the first International pull our son/family has been to and I commend you for all the work that was put into this. It went so smooth! Our family thought it was great that each puller participating received a trophy and medal! So many times we have been to pulls where there may be 5 pullers and only 4 trophys given. Not bad for the bigger kids but for the little ones it is heart breaking. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB OF RUNNING YOUR PEDAL PULLING EVENTS! You know how to run a show! Thanks Again for a great time.
